Serving cocktails to your guests is a generous thing to do and something that can really elevate your celebration. However, if your event is a long one, you may want to consider the strength of your drinks - especially towars the beginning of your party. Consider long and fruity drinks or cocktails based on wines or vermouth instead of spirits. Mixed drinks and high-balls are fun too with delicious thirst quencging options. Some of our favourites include cobblers (served long over crushed ice), spritzes, Bellinis and Americanos.

Absolutely! We're great believers that event and wedding bars should be inclusive and that means serving interesting no / low alcohol options to those that don't partake or who are taking it easy.

If you're supplying an Open Bar, it's likely that you'll want to narrow your cocktail choices down to 2 or 3 options. So we need to make sure you're serving something popular to keep everyone happy, right? The most popular cocktails we get asked for at weddings include:-
Aperol Spritz
Espresso Martini
Margarita (often a spicy option!)
Old Fashioned
Daiquiri

Keep your welcome drinks light and long - and ideally not overly sweet. It's not ideal to have dessert before dinner! We'd recommend spritzes (not just those with Aperol!), mixed drinks like white port and tonic, Tom Collins, Gimlets and fruit cups like a classic Pimms.

The end of your meal might mean it's time for speeches (in which case, why not serve classic Champagne cocktails as a sophisticated treat?) but it will definitely soon be time to hit the dancefloor! Energise your party with coffee based cocktails such as Espresso Martini or Carajillos or, refresh those post dinner palates with Picantes, Pisco Sours or a lovely Old Fashioned
